My Second Time Traveling Superhero Story is Now LIVE!

It’s hard to believe that I did it! Jumpers 2–a time traveling superhero story, the second in the SQUAD series–is now available for purchase.

While all book launches are super-exciting, this one is extra special because I wrote this book only because of reader requests that kept on coming. And as every writer knows, a letter from a fan requesting for more is the best incentive ever.

Funny how hard it is to foresee enthusiasm. When I wrote the first book in the series, Jumpers, I thought it was the worst book I had ever written. Not that I wasn’t diligent enough with the writing, editing, etc, but because I wasn’t sure the time-travel aspect was interesting enough. I was worried about Ben’s voice and I felt the science was edging toward heavy.

I had braced for a slew of terrible reviews. Instead, by the end of last year, I had received at least two dozen requests for the next book in the series. Problem was, not expecting anyone to be interested in Jumpers, I had no room for a sequel in my schedule. But, if the readers wanted it, I had to make time for it. So I did.

I wrote through January at a breakneck pace. Then a month of editing and two rounds of beta-reading later, here we are. Jumpers 2 is out on all online retailers today.

Still can’t believe I launched it as promised. And that I have requests for a sequel already.

Guess it’s time to chuck that schedule.
